  • Assessment Data: Responses to assessment questions, performance metrics, insights generated through our platform 

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and website usage data (via cookies and analytics)  

  • Employment-related Information: CV/resume content, experience, education, and professional history, when submitted 

  • Assessment Monitoring Data: Screen recordings, webcam footage, and browser activity captured during online assessments conducted via our secure testing platform 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age. 

2. How We Collect Personal Information 

We collect personal information in the following ways: 

  • When you sign up for our services or complete an assessment 

  • When you communicate with us (email, phone, contact forms) 

  • Through your employer or recruiter, if they invite you to use our assessments 

  • Automatically through your use of our website and platform (via cookies and analytics tools) 

3. Why We Collect Your Personal Information 

We use your information to: 

  • Deliver and administer our assessment services 

  • Generate capability reports and insights for clients 

  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support 

  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements 

We only collect, use, and disclose personal information where it is reasonably necessary for our business activities.

We may disclose your information to: 

  • Your employer or recruiting agency, where assessments are commissioned on your behalf

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorized access or disclosure. These include:

  • United States (assessment platform providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics services)

7. Data Retention and Deletion 

We retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected: 

  • Assessment data and capability reports are retained for up to 3 years from the date of the assessment to support benchmarking and longitudinal comparison, unless deletion is requested 

  • Assessment monitoring data (screen recordings and webcam footage) is retained only for the duration required to complete the assessment report and is deleted within 90 days of report delivery, unless otherwise agreed with the commissioning client 

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it. 

8. Your Rights 

In Australia, you have the right to: 

  • Access your personal information 

  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information 

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain it 

  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
