Assessment data and capability reports are retained for up to 3 years from the date of the assessment to support benchmarking and longitudinal comparison, unless deletion is requested

Assessment monitoring data (screen recordings and webcam footage) is retained only for the duration required to complete the assessment report and is deleted within 90 days of report delivery, unless otherwise agreed with the commissioning client
When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
