How are the assessments structured?
Capability Assessments consist of multiple-choice questions aligned to the key competency areas required for success in each role.
Psychometric Testing uses validated questions based on the HEXACO model to evaluate traits such as honesty-humility, emotionality, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience.
